The appetizers look awesome. I always drag out the cheese and crackers for an appetizer which are boring and uninventive, but fast. But the baked cheese looks yummy, so do the greek triangle puffs - both doable and tasty. Also the zucchini fries might be another way to sneak in some more vegetables with my kids, at a time of year when they're pretty much surviving on gingerbread and candy canes.

Thanks for putting together this great collection of budget friendly but enticing recipes for the holidays. I have already made the Cranberry Yogurt Relish and it was fantastic. I plan to make it again at Christmas. My kids loved it too. I also plan to try the Corn Souffle and the Potatoes Gratin. I love it when I can find recipes that are economical but don't skimp on taste! These all look terrific! Great idea, thank you and Happy Holidays!

This is such a great list of recipes to have at my fingertips. I've had the opportunity to try a few of them in the past (baked brie, cranberry yogurt relish, potatoes gratin and the stuffed mushrooms) and they were terrific. I can't wait to try some more. I'm always looking for interesting side dishes. Thanks for putting them together.

Wow. This looks amazing, especially some of the vegetable dishes. Deep fried brussels sprouts? Who knew?

Now if I can just convince my mom to make adjustments to the traditional family recipes at our Christmas dinner next week...
