December 21, 2011Just made the Eggplant lasagnafor a little get-together and had made 2 pans. I thought i would have left over but the left over were taken home by my Daughter. Very nice . I bought a good wine to go with this and I was glad cause it added to the perfume of the food. Thank you ..Nice picture of you also .. Regards TonyG
