Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. frzn English peas
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- Parmesan cheese
- Bacon bits
Directions
- 1. Shred lettuce.
- 2. Layer lettuce, onions, celery and water chestnuts.
- 3. Break peas apart and spread over top.
- 4. Cover with mayonnaise.
- 5. Sprinkle on sugar.
- 6. Completely seal with Parmesan cheese.
- 7. Top with bacon bits (just before serving). Chill overnight.
