Ingredients
- 30 x Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 lb Margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 16 ounce crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lrg evaporated lowfat milk, canned & chilled
- 1 pkt lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions
- Dissolve jello in water; let cold. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
- Beat lowfat milk until thick and foamy. Fold cooled jello, cheese mix, and whipped lowfat milk thoroughly and pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate24 hrs.
