Directions

  1. Soften the gelatin in cool water. Heat sugar and vinegar till sugar dissolves, cold. Add in celery seed, salt and pepper. Combine gelatin and vinegar mix, cold till the thickness of cream. Beat in salad oil. In large bowl combine cabbage, green pepper, carrots, and onion. Add in sufficient of the dressing to moisten. Chill 24 hour or possibly up to several days.
