- 1 pound grnd beef, browned
- 1 lg. onions, minced, add in and cook till limp and drain
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
- 8 c. water
- 8 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 c. macaroni, add in and cook till tender
Directions
- Add in tomatoes, water, cubes, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and vegetables to beef and onion; cook 10 min. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top in each bowl.
