Ingredients
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 pkg. carrots, diced
- 2 lg. onions, minced
- 2 to 3 potatoes, cubed (opt.)
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 c. macaroni, cooked, liquid removed & rinsed
Directions
- Cook celery, carrots and onions till tender in large pot in about 1/2 gallon water (8 c.). Roll hamburger into tiny balls, or possibly just crumble it up and stir in. Cook slowly till done - about 4 to 5 min.
