Hi! everyone. I live in Québec and I love to cook and try new recipes for family and friends. I love Greek, Lebanese, Thai, Mexican, Middle East and Italian cuisines but will try anything that catches my eye if it looks appetizing, tasty, interesting and different. - October 15, 2011Your saying "the smell and taste of food brings instant memories" is what made me write my 1st cookbook. I filled it with the memories each recipe brought to mind. No only did it make for some funny reading it also became something my kids can read over and over and know a little more about their mom. So...write down the memories each food brings back for future readers.
