Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 6 1/2 ounce can chopped clams, liquid removed
- 1 T clam juice (reserved from can)
- 3/4 T lemon juice
- 3/4 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Healthy pinch of white pepper
Directions
- Put together all ingredients using electric mixer. Refrigerate. Great with fresh vegetables and bread sticks as well as potato chips and pretzels.
