About me
I am a personal/private chef from France (Nancy, Eastern part) where I grew up. My parents emigrated from Italy with my grandparents so my cuisine is an influence of Italy and France but also a mixture of Mediterranean flavors, always focusing on health and nutrition. I am currently living in San Francisco where I truly enjoy the diversity of its population and its multi-cultural cuisines (and also availability of so many kinds of imported products and exotic specialties).

I truly look forward to trying out some of your recipes - That warm mango, banana and pineapple crisp looks heavenly :) - February 9, 2010yes, it is time consuming, but I've found it very easy to copy and paste on this site, so that's what I've been doing. I'm going to post a few recipes each day until I have all the ones from my blog on this site. Then I'll just keep it up, along with FB.
