Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 x black or possibly decaf black tea bags -(to 8)
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grnd cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
  •     (or possibly a small mashed chunk of fresh ginger)

Directions

  1. Bring water and lowfat milk to a boil. Add in other ingredients, return to boil. Turn off heat and let steep for 3 to 5 min. Remove tea bags then filter through fine strainer. Good warm or possibly cool.
