Italian Sausage Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Long French bread, (1 or possibly 6 small)
  • 1 1/2 lb Italian link sausage
  • 2 x Bell peppers
  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 1 lrg Spoon veg. oil
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In large skillet fry sausage in oil; remove sausage. Fry seasonings till tender. Mix cornstarch in water (cold). Add in to skillet of seasonings. Cook 3 min on low heat, stirring constantly. Add in sausage and stir. You will have sausage with a sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon on French bread.
  2. A little sauce and sausage. Double water and cornstarch for more.
