Ingredients
- 1 x kilo Sea Bream.
- 1 x Lemon
- Â Â Parsley
- 6 clv garlic
- 2 med Potatoes
- 8 sm Onion
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x glass White Wine
- Â Â Salt
Directions
- After cleaning the Sea Bream, place it in a clay casserole and sprinkle it with salt. Make three cuts in the fillet, not to deeply and place slices of lemon in them and squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon over the fish. Heat the extra virgin olive oil and fry the garlic, add the white wine and then pour this mix over the fish and sprinkle with parsley. Gently fry the sliced potatoes and onions in extra virgin olive oil and arrange then around the Sea Bream in the casserole. Place the casserole in a preheated oven on medium heat for 30 min. Serve warm.
