Ingredients
- 2 pound stew beef, cut in 1" cubes
- 5 carrots, cut in 1" chunks
- 1 lg. onion, cut in chunks
- 3 stalks celery, sliced 1" chunks
- 2 lg. potatoes, cut in lg. chunks
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
- 1 whole cloves or possibly 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and turn on high about 4 hrs or possibly 8 hrs low.
