Ingredients
- 3 lb Lean beef stew meat cut into pcs (1 1/2 inch)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 med Onions thinly sliced
- 1 can mushrooms (or possibly pcs) un-liquid removed (8 ounce.)
- 1 can beer (I prefer a dark beer (12 ounce.) and my favorite dark beer is Negro Modelo a Mexican Beer)
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 x Cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 x Bay leaves
Directions
- Put the beef in the crock pot. Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the beef. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs or possibly on high for 4-5 hrs. Before serving thicken juices if you like. (You may use some flour or possibly corn starch to thicken.)
