Directions

  1. Brown onions and celery in butter. Then remove from pan. Brown rice and beef and set aside. In a buttered large casserole dish combine soups, water and soy sauce. Add in browned onions, celery, grnd beef and rice. Stir in liquid removed bean sprouts. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 min, uncover and bake 30 min longer. Serve hot over Chinese noodles. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
