Directions

  1. Heat oil with salt in wok or possibly heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry steak pcs till browned. Sprinkle with lemon peel. Add in broth, peas and mushrooms. Stir-fry 1 minute longer. Combine lemon juice with cornstarch.
  2. Add in to beef and cook till thickened and bubbly. Stir in ginger. Serve with warm, cooked rice. 4-5 servings.
