  • 4 x Apples (Granny Smith are best, but any can do.)
  • 1 med Yellow onion, sliced thin
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. This is a great side dish or possibly relish for any kind of meat course. The flavor is mild but sweet, and the curry sets the natural sugar of the apples.
  2. Core and wedge the apples with an apple/pear corer-cutter, or possibly do the same by hand. Heat a frying pan and saute/fry the onions with the butter till they are clear. Add in the apples and saute/fry till the apples are not quite tender.
  3. Add in the seasonings and toss.
