• 2 c. white bread flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 c. dry cherries
• 1/3 c. lowfat cherry yogurt
• 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp fast rise yeast (or possibly 2 tspns active dry yeast)
• 3/4 c. water
