Ingredients
- 4-6 new potatoes, whole
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 Tbsps. minced pickles
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, cut in half
- Salad oil
- Vinegar
- Hellmann's mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes, peel and coat with salad oil while still hot. Add in a little vinegar, then sufficient of the other ingredients to taste. Add in sufficient Hellmann's mayonnaise to hold together. Enjoy!
