Ingredients

  • Spray large baking pan
  • 2 lbs. meat - sausage or possibly ham or possibly cooked meat (combined)
  • 12 slices white bread, broken up
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 c. lowfat milk or possibly half and half
  • 8 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Mix together last 4 ingredients. Layer bread, meat, and cheese with cheese on top. Pour lowfat milk over, sprinkled with a little paprika. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 min. cut before reheating. Can be doubled for a large crowd.
