  1. Brown chicken in 1 Tbsp. oil. Add in broth, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add in liquid removed corn. Bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to hot. Add in rice and cover for 5 min. Top with grated cheese. Serve with chips.
