Directions

  1. Pack wieners, onions and pepper in a gallon jar. Heat vinegar and spices to a hard boil and pour over the wieners. Place lid on jar. Don't chill. After several days, divide into several small jars.
  2. If these wieners are refrigerated, they will keep about 2 months. In the cabinet, they keep indefinitely BUT I like them cool so I keep them in the icebox and they never last 2 months anyway as we eat them!
