Beef 'N Bean Barbecue Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can pork & beans
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can Pillsbury refrigerated butter- lowfat milk or possibly country style biscuits

Directions

  1. Brown meat and drain. Add in pork & beans, barbecue sauce, onion, and salt. Simmer 5 min. Stir in 1/4 lb. cheese cubes. Pour into a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Cut biscuits in half, forming half circle. Place, cut side down, around edge of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Top with processed cheese spread slices; return to oven till cheese melts. Serves 6.
