Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce.) can water packed tuna
- 1/2 c. diced red onion
- 1/2 c. diced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly lowfat sour cream
- Lettuce leaves
- Cherry tomatoes, sweet gherkins for garnish
Directions
- Drain tuna. Combine onion, water chestnuts, celery and mayonnaise. Mix in tuna. Spoon onto 4 lettuce lined salad plates and garnish with cherry tomatoes and or possibly gherkins. Serves 4.
