Variation of guacamole.
I serve this with tortilla chips, tacos, tostadas, and use it as a garnish for enchiladas. Also, it's good on burgers.
Ingredients
- 3 large Haas avacados
- 2 Romas, cored, diced
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, minced
- 1/2 small red onion, minced
- 1 tsb. chopped cilantro
- juice of 2-3 limes
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Halve avocados, remove pit.
- Cut a crisscross pattern into the avocado down to the skin.
- Scoop out with a spoon.
- Toss with other ingredients.
