Tex-Mex Chunky Avocado Salsa Recipe
Variation of guacamole.
I serve this with tortilla chips, tacos, tostadas, and use it as a garnish for enchiladas. Also, it's good on burgers.

- Halve avocados, remove pit.
- Cut a crisscross pattern into the avocado down to the skin.
- Scoop out with a spoon.
- Toss with other ingredients.
