Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound diced fillet fish
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of celery
- 2 stalks of celery with leaves, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Parsley flakes
- 2 c. rice
Directions
- 1. Cook rice separately.
- 2. Combine all ingredients except seafood.
- 3. Let cook medium heat for 15 min then add in fish and cook for 10 min more on low heat. Serve over rice.
