  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound diced fillet fish
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 2 stalks of celery with leaves, minced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Parsley flakes
  • 2 c. rice

Directions

  1. 1. Cook rice separately.
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients except seafood.
  3. 3. Let cook medium heat for 15 min then add in fish and cook for 10 min more on low heat. Serve over rice.
