Ingredients
- 1 pound raw shrimp
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 med. minced bell pepper
- 1 med. minced onion
- 1 can mushroom pcs, minced (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in rice cooker or possibly pot and cook. Season as desired. Takes approximately 30 min to cook.
