- 1 (250 g.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 8 ounce. sm. cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, lobster or possibly combo)
- 1 c. seafood cocktail
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 diced green pepper
- 3 sliced green onions
- 1 diced tomato
- Lettuce to line plate and cherry tomatoes for decoration
Directions
- Put lettuce on plate. Cream together cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread over lettuce.
