Ingredients

  • 6 cooked russet potatoes, peels on, minced
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. cooked green beans
  • 1/4 minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. each whole ripe and green olives

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients together. Blend with dressing.
