Directions

  1. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper; brown well. In bowl, put together lowfat sour cream, flour, chopped onions and red wine. Pour over roast. Cover and place in oven. Bake in 300 degree oven for 4-4 1/2 hrs. Halfway through cooking time, add in pearl onions.When done, remove roast from juice. Also remove pearl onions. Thicken juice if you like and serve with mashed potatoes.
