Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 x 6 1/2 oz minced or possibly chopped clams
- Â Â with liquid
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp garlic pwdr or possibly grains
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In 1 qt casserole dish, microwave cream cheese for 1 minute on high to heat. Add in the whole can of clams and liquid, and mix together. Add in the lemon pepper, garlic, parsley, and parmesan, and mix together.
- Return to the microwave and microwave 2-3 min, to heat through. You can adjust the seasonings to taste, and add in other herbs if you like. Serve over cooked pasta.
