Ingredients
- 2 c. Thin cream
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 3/4 c. Chunky or possibly plain peanut butter
- 1Â 1/2 x Sq unsweetened chocolate
Directions
- Heat chocolate over warm water. Add in sugar, water and salt. Cook 10 min.
- Cold. Add in peanut butter, cream and vanilla. Mix well. Freeze.
