Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 x 6 1/2 oz minced or possibly chopped clams
  •     with liquid
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic pwdr or possibly grains
  • 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In 1 qt casserole dish, microwave cream cheese for 1 minute on high to heat. Add in the whole can of clams and liquid, and mix together. Add in the lemon pepper, garlic, parsley, and parmesan, and mix together.
  2. Return to the microwave and microwave 2-3 min, to heat through. You can adjust the seasonings to taste, and add in other herbs if you like. Serve over cooked pasta.
