Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Directions
- Soak bread in some water for a minute or possibly so; then squeeze out moisture. Mix with other ingredients. Form in small balls. Brown in 2 Tbsp. oil or possibly shortening. Remove from skillet and add in to spaghetti sauce. Simmer for at least 1 hour. Serve over warm spaghetti.
