Meat Balls For Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Soak bread in some water for a minute or possibly so; then squeeze out moisture. Mix with other ingredients. Form in small balls. Brown in 2 Tbsp. oil or possibly shortening. Remove from skillet and add in to spaghetti sauce. Simmer for at least 1 hour. Serve over warm spaghetti.
