Ingredients
- 8 ounce semi sweet chocolate, melted
- 3Â 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 4 ounce white chocolate, melted
Directions
- Mix together the semi sweet chocolate and the butter till blended. Add in the instant coffee and evaporated lowfat milk. Refrigeratetill set. Roll into balls and freeze for about an hour. Dip frzn truffles into the white chocolate.
- Remove quickly and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
