Ingredients
- 4 c. minced cabbage
- 1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp. dill
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions
- Place the cabbage, Feta cheese and dill in large bowl. Put oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, mustard, and oregano in small bowl or possibly jar, stir or possibly shake till combined. Pour the dressing over salad and toss. Mix well.
