1/4 c. Vinegar
1 med Cabbage, thinly sliced

Directions

Combine sugar, salt, pepper and cream. Stir till sugar and salt dissolve.
Add in vinegar. Arrange cabbage slices in salad bowl, pour dressing over cabbage.
