Directions

  1. Saute/fry celery, onion, garlic and curry pwdr in butter till onion is tender. Stir in flour and bouillon cubes. Gradually add in lowfat milk and water, heat, stirring constantly, to bouillon. Boil and stir one minute. Stir in turkey, carrots, and lemon juice; heat thoroughly. Serve over warm noodles. Serves 4.
