Ingredients

  • 2 pkt seasoned frzn beef strips - (9 ounce ea) (or possibly 1 1/2 lbs browned grnd beef)
  • 2 can sliced new potatoes - (15 ounce ea) liquid removed
  • 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dry onion (or possibly 1 small onion, minced)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. frzn corn Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place 1 can of potatoes in the crockpot (3 1/2-qt or possibly larger); add in meat and onion. Next, layer with corn, then the remaining can of potatoes.
  2. Spoon mushroom soup over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hrs.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
