- 6 x chops or possibly ribs to fill crock pot - (to 8)
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Directions
- Mix together and pour over meat in pot. Cook till tender.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
