Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled large eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounce fresh crab meat
- Paprika
Directions
- Cut each egg in half (lengthwise). Remove yolks, mash them and add in the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Break the crabmeat into small flakes and add in. Heap the egg whites with the mix and garnish with paprika. Next time: Double the recipe! These evaporate!
