Ingredients
- 4 slc of bacon, cut into 1/2" pcs
- 1/2 x onion, thinly sliced
- 1 x garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- Â Â pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, fry bacon and onion till bacon is crisp and onion in golden brown. Add in garlic after about 5 min. Add in cabbage to skillet and constantly turn to coat with bacondrippings. Stir fry till cabbage is soft, about 7-10 min. Season with pepper.
