About me
I started my blog in April 2009, as something to do, I had recently got into cooking and baking, in an attempt to lower my cholesterol. I’m not sure I would necessarily say that I am healthier now (I make too many muffins for that!) but now I know what I am eating. If I make a sauce I know how much salt or sugar or fat is in it, and I like that.
