Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- Oil
- 1 pound veal or possibly round
- Flour, salt & pepper
- 1 pound can tomatoes, packed
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can artichoke hearts
Directions
- Saute/fry garlic. Dust veal with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in oil. Add in tomatoes, artichokes, wine and oregano. Cover. Simmer 45 min or possibly till tender. Serve over rice.
