Directions

  1. Lb. flour into steak. Cut into serving size pcs (I cut into very small pcs sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add in remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hrs on high or possibly 10 to 12 hrs on low.
  2. Serve with cooked rice or possibly noodles.
  3. Serves 4 to 6.
