Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 pound shrimp
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 8 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
Directions
- Devein shrimp, saute/fry. Heat butter. Add in flour, stir and cook over low heat till well blended. Add in lowfat milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook till thickened, then add in salt and curry pwdr.
